Privacy help

Data Protection Officer

Use this contact for privacy questions, access or correction requests, objections, concerns about disclosure, and suspected personal-data incidents.

Dedicated privacy contact details have not yet been published. Submit the concern to the school office and ask that it be forwarded confidentially to the Data Protection Officer.

Making a data-rights request

Describe the student or account involved, the information or correction requested, and a safe way to respond. Do not include a password. The school may request identification or proof of guardianship before releasing or changing a private record.

For a minor, a parent or legal guardian may exercise privacy rights on the student's behalf. The school will review each request under applicable law and explain if a lawful recordkeeping requirement limits deletion or another requested action.

Internal staff support

The system's Support Desk is an internal administrator tool and is not available to students or public visitors. Students and guardians should use the School Office contact above.

Urgent safety concerns

Do not use a privacy request or attendance SMS as an emergency channel. For an immediate threat to safety, contact the school directly and use the appropriate local emergency service.
